Fill out and submit your graduate degree program application form.

An AIM Recruitment Officer will review your application and get in touch with you to assess your qualification further.

If you pass the initial assessment, you will receive an invite link from AIM to create an account to the AIM Portal.

Once you have activated your AIM Portal account and are logged in, you will be able to access the application form you submitted and continue with the other requirements to move your application forward.
Some documents you will need to submit at this point are:
- Updated Curriculum Vitae
- Copy of your Transcript of Records, Mark Sheets, and/or Diploma
- Copy of your valid government-issued ID or valid passport’s ID page (for foreign applicants)
- IELTS or TOEFL results (for MDM and EMDRCM foreign applicants only)
- One (1) Professional Recommendation (for applicants of MBA, EMBA, MSIB, MSDS) or Certificate of Business Registration (for applicants of ME, or applicants of MBA, EMBA, MDM, EMDRCM, MSIB, MSDS who are self-employed)

Test result from any of the following (except ME applicants):
- GMAT
- GRE
- NMAT by GMAC
- XAT (for Indian applicants)
- CAT (for Indian applicants)

If none of the above is available, please contact us at admissions@aim.edu to schedule your:
- AIM Admission Test (AIMAT) or
- AIM Data Science Qualifying Exam (required for all MSDS applicants)

Additional requirements for expats already living or working in the Philippines:
- Copy of passport visa stamp (latest arrival)
- Copy of 9E or 47A visa
- Copy of Alien Employment Permit issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)

Once all your documents have been reviewed, our Admissions Officers will schedule you for an interview.
